I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: people are so much stronger than they realize.
I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods. I’ll listen with genuine care and authentic compassion, getting to know the real you beneath the stress and self-doubt. My clients often tell me they can feel how deeply I care as I walk beside them on their journey of healing and growth.
